Optec’s technical support staff was very responsive in helping us work out the initial post-installation bugs in a timely manner. The sign has been up and running continuously for over five months now, weathering two massive hurricanes in the process. In fact, the LED display was instrumental in relaying evacuation and other emergency information to the local citizens during Hurricanes Dennis and Katrina.

Hi,

The sign is working great. The traffic activity by the sign has resulted in massive website hits after posting our web address. Your guys did a great job. The sign took an environmental beating with the heavy rain and wind and has kept on ticking. I guess that is a good indication we are in good shape.
